Job Description

Job Summary:

DBB Contracting LLC is looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer to support our commercial building projects across UAE.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and protocols for commercial building projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Review project documentation and drawings to verify compliance with design requirements and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior QA/QC staff to enhance overall quality performance on projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer on commercial building projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Certifications in quality control/quality assurance are a plus.

  • Experience in implementing QA/QC standards in commercial building projects
  • Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and lead QA/QC efforts
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
  • Experience in conducting quality audits and inspections
  • Ability to create and maintain quality documentation
