Description and Requirements

• Evaluate and improve business processes and associate performance by effectively conducting a statistically valid sample of quality evaluations for a moderate to complex set of operational transactions.
• Identify and communicate trends, root causes, and quality gaps to help improve the customer experience.
• Identifying corrective actions where controls are not met, following through to ensure they are implemented within the team.
• Follow-up to ensure all corrections are completed within the determined schedule.
• Working with colleagues to provide regular constructive feedback to all team members, which drive and support improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose controls in order to minimize/mitigate exposure.
• Producing reports to evidence quality levels for the wider team and for individuals, while providing recommendations for improvement.
• Assisting in the development of new organizational procedures. Where relevant, following up and monitoring the implementation process from start to finish.
• Support the Governance & Assurance supervisor in completing proactive control testing for upcoming audits.
• Supporting ad hoc internal projects and initiatives which drive delivery improvements
