Responsibilities of a Dubai Real Estate Agent include:
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Keeping up to date with market trends and regulations to provide informed advice
- Generate leads through innovative strategies including social media, telesales, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and finalising deals
- Develop a strong network to foster lasting relationships and drive growth
- Organise and follow up on property viewings to ensure exceptional service
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driving license is required
- Proficiency in English is essential, knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential, we eagerly welcome motivated individuals who are keen to progress.
