Our UAE offering has been launched as a part of a broader Middle East strategy and we are now seeking a lawyer with solid Real Estate experience to join our bench of legal contractors.

In order to be considered for a place on our bench, you will be a qualified lawyer with the right to work in the UAE and ready to make an immediate move into the contract market. You will also have the following experience:

• Lease drafting and negotiation
• Development of corporate policy and corporate governance, e.g. handling board meeting agendas, potential board disputes etc
• Drafting SPAs, setting up JVs and general corporate work

Whilst the following experience is desirable, it is not essential for this role:

• Dealing with local government authorities and managing external lawyers
• Involvement in the procurement and tender process
• Arabic speaker with the ability to negotiate contracts in Arabic
• Experience managing a team
• Abu Dhabi based or willingness to work several days a week in Abu Dhabi

If you meet the above criteria and are successful in your application to join our bench, you will be offered assignments either working within Pinsent Masons or on secondment with an external client of the firm.
