• Check-In Champion: Master the check-in and check-out process, ensuring it’s as smooth as a sunny day at the beach!
• Information Wizard: Share all the insider tips about our hotel and local hot spots—be the ultimate go-to for our guests!
• Communication Star: Answer phone calls and messages with flair, keeping the vibe friendly and professional!
• Team Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with the front office crew and other departments to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine!
• Feedback Friend: Listen to guest feedback and sprinkle in some magic to help us keep improving!
