This role is vital to our operation, providing the first impression of our clinic to clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly organized, dedicated, and personable Receptionist to join our veterinary clinic team in Dubai. This role is vital to our operation, providing the first impression of our clinic to clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animal care, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries efficiently and professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage veterinarian calendars accurately.
- Process payments and manage billing information with discretion and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Update and manage client and patient records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to the clinic staff as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in veterinary reception or related fields.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written communications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- High level of compassion for animals and their owners.
- Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently located in Dubai.
