Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations while providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Organization: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Basic Canva skills for creating presentations, office materials, and simple designs.
Basic computer troubleshooting skills and familiarity with office software.
Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist in invoice processing, petty cash management, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Support in organizing company events, meetings, and team activities.
- Assist HR and management with new employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and office document filing systems.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.
