Job Brief:
We are hiring a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a leading manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently. This role requires someone well-presented, organized, and capable of handling both visitors and administrative duties with confidence and discretion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide basic and accurate information to callers and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR or Admin departments with clerical tasks, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
