Job Brief:

We are hiring a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a leading manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently. This role requires someone well-presented, organized, and capable of handling both visitors and administrative duties with confidence and discretion.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to callers and visitors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support HR or Admin departments with clerical tasks, as needed.


Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work under minimal supervision.
