The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

  • Talent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment; experience within financial services or real estate is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and close high-volume hiring processes
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Prior success in recruiting within fast-paced, startup environments is highly preferred
