REGIONAL PARTNER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS (UAE & ME)

About the Role

VALIDX, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Partner to lead and expand our Certification and Inspection services in the UAE and Middle East markets. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to represent a full portfolio of services from an industry leader, establishing a robust presence in this dynamic region. As a Regional Partner, you’ll drive Business Development, lead operations, and ensure high standards of service across a range of industries.

This partnership can be structured as an external collaboration or as a formal participation in the VALIDX board, with potential shareholder status, reflecting our commitment to establishing a mutually beneficial and long-term relationship with the successful candidate.

• Market Penetration and Growth: Develop and execute business strategies to drive market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue growth across the UAE and the wider Middle East.
• Comprehensive Service Delivery: Manage and promote the entire VALIDX service portfolio, including
• Network establishment: Create a Network with Qualified Inspectors, Auditors and onboard them with related agreements to VALIDX’s approved Qualification List; consider geographical distribution, expertise and Market trends.
• Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of certification and inspection activities, ensuring adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and client expectations.
• Local Accreditation and Compliance: Obtain and maintain all necessary local accreditations, working closely with regulatory bodies in the Middle East. Knowledge of regional accreditation processes is essential.
• Stakeholder and Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and industry bodies to enhance VALIDX’s reputation and establish a trusted presence in the region.

• Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the certification and inspection field, with knowledge of lifting equipment, pressure systems, fuel station compliance, and health and safety standards.
• Relevant Sector Experience: Direct experience with sectors such as Construction, Oil and Gas, Fuel stations, and Food processing is highly desirable, as well as a proven track record in aligning Certification services with sector-specific requirements.
• ISO Consultancy Experience: Candidates with experience in ISO consultancy for standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 will be given preference.
• Engineering Consultancy Experience: Knowledge of standards, codes and regulatory requirements of Facilities will add value.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Middle Eastern regulations and accreditation processes is critical, enabling the candidate to secure necessary approvals and align services with local compliance requirements.
• Entrepreneurial Leadership: Proven ability to establish and scale operations, build business development funnels, and generate sustainable profitability in a competitive market.
• Strategic Business Development Skills: Experience in creating, managing, and optimizing business development funnels to drive revenue growth, including engagement through sector-specific marketing and relationship-building strategies.
  

• Exclusive Representation: The Regional Partner will exclusively represent VALIDX and ICDQ in the Middle East, offering the full certification and inspection portfolio with complete market support.
• Flexible Partnership Structure: Options for external collaboration or formal board participation in VALIDX, with the potential for shareholder status. This partnership will offer growth and investment opportunities for both parties as VALIDX establishes a strong, sustained presence in the region.
