About The Role

As a Regulatory Affairs Trainee, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our products. Your responsibilities will primarily involve supporting the regulatory team in their initiatives, assisting with submissions, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and engage in projects that will accelerate your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to health authorities.
  • Maintain and organize regulatory files and documentation.
  • Support the analysis of regulatory guidelines and industry trends.
  • Help prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings.
  • Facilitate communication between the Regulatory Affairs team and other departments.
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing team meetings and regulatory training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of compliance strategies and initiatives.
  • Support administrative tasks related to regulatory tracking and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate in Pharmacy, Sciences or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly motivated and ambitious, keen to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory processes is a plus.
