We are seeking a high-impact Regional Vice President, AI Sales to lead our commercial strategy and execution across all AI product lines within APJ MEA. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales organization, and executing go-to-market strategies that position our AI solutions as transformative enablers of customer success. Reporting to the Regional President and working closely with the global CRO, this role will be pivotal in shaping our regional AI footprint and delivering exceptional value to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end revenue strategy and execution for AI product lines across the region.
Develop and lead regional GTM plans in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
Engage with C-level stakeholders to articulate the strategic value of AI in transforming business operations.
Drive pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, win rates, and quota attainment.
Serve as executive sponsor for strategic deals and key accounts.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior sales leaders and account executives.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture aligned with company values.
Build succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure long-term organizational strength.
Champion diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural team effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with regional and global stakeholders across consulting, support, marketing, and product.
Influence product innovation and roadmap through customer insights and market feedback.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance across the region.
Market Leadership
Represent the company as a thought leader in the AI space, both internally and externally.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and market opportunities.
Maintain competitive intelligence and adapt strategies to evolving market dynamics.
10+ years of enterprise software or AI solution sales experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
Proven success in leading regional sales teams and scaling revenue in complex, matrixed environments.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise adoption models.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in non-standard B2B GTM motions and transformational sales environments.
Fluent in English; additional regional languages a plus.
