We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at RWG in the Operation department as Car's Importers Sale Managers in the UAE. As a Sale Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and sale of cars, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales opportunities.

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at RWG in the Operation department as Car's Importers Sale Managers in the UAE. As a Sale Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the import and sale of cars, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to promote the company’s services and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Present product offerings clearly and professionally, addressing client needs and inquiries on-site.
- Ensure all client data entered into the platform is accurate and complete, in line with company policies, to maintain clean and reliable records.
- Communicate honest and clear customer feedback to Product Managers, enabling them to enhance our services in ways that genuinely meet client needs.
- Support the sales and marketing team by sharing market insights and suggesting areas of improvement based on field interactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, upholding its brand image and values at all times.
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must be residing in Sharjah or Ajman.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and interacting with people.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Genuine passion for the automotive industry and interest in car-related services.
