القيام بإدارة والإشراف على تقديم الخدمات الخاصة بالتسجيل وترخيص المركبات والفحص الفني، وتنظيم عمليات الفحص وإصدار رخص المركبات والتأكد من إلتزام أصحاب المصلحة بالمعايير والسياسات، ورسم السياسات والإجراءات المتبعة لتأمين وجود السجلات والبيانات الخاصة بالعملاء مما يسهل الرجوع إليها. بالإضافة إلى التخطيط والتوجيه الصحيح والتنسيق مع مختلف الجهات داخل وخارج الورشة بشأن مختلف المهام المتعلقة بطبيعة العمل.
استراتيجية التسجيل والترخيص:
- تطوير وتنفيذ إستراتيجية قسم التسجيل والتراخيص توافقاً مع الخطة التشغيلية وضمان تكاملها مع استراتيجية الإدارة.
- الإشراف ومتابعة تنفيذ الخطة الاستراتيجية للقسم ضماناً لتحقيق أهداف الإدارة وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف الورشة المرجوة.
تسجيل السيارات والآليات:
- الإشراف والمتابعة على تنفيذ إجرءات تسجيل المركبات والفحص الفن.
ترخيص السيارات والآليات:
- الإشراف والتأكد من إجراء كافة المعاملات من ترخيص أو تجديد ترخيص المركبات والفحص الفني حسب الإجراءات المعتمدة بالورشة مع استيفاء كافة الوثائق ومتطلبات الترخيص ودقة البيانات المدخلة على النظام، وذلك بكفاءة وسرعة مع الحفاظ على مستوى الجودة والدقة المتفق عليها.
رضا العملاء:
- الإشراف والمتابعة على تقديم مستوى عالي من الخدمة لرفع رضا العملاء والإحتفاظ بهم وكسب ولائهم وتطوير الأعمال
- الإشراف ومتابعة عمليات تسجيل وترخيص المركبات والوقت المستغرق لإنهاء المعاملات وانتظار العملاء وذلك لضمان الإلتزام ب
البيانات والتقارير:
- إعداد بيانات وتقارير القسم في الوقت المحدد وبدقة بغرض الوفاء بمتطلبات وسياسات وإجراءات الورشة وإدارة الدعم الإداري والفني
- وضع مقترحات وخطط تحسينية لرفع مستوى الخدمة المقدمة لتسجيل وترخيص المركبات بالورشة
Qualifications
بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة عملية من 8 إلى 11 سنة في مجال خدمة العملاء
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في مجال الإدارة الإشرافية
