Sales Administration Executive - RAK Properties - #52172

The Role
Job Objective: • Providing Admin Support to the line Manager and the team related to daily operation. Key Responsibilities: • To assist Line Manager and the team in doing Resale Transactions. • To assist Line Manager and the team in collecting the required admin fees from the customers related to title deed fees, NOC’sfees, master community fees, penalties and Fewa fees. • To prepare the Arabic part for the new Sales & Purchase Agreement, to print the original SPA and to keep it in the unit file. • To submit the signed title deed applications by email to RAK municipality and to do the required payment related to affection plan fees. • To obtain the required signature from Municipality Staff once submitting our original applications and cheques. • To collect the original title deed from the Municipality once ready. • To coordinate with Finance team for clearance certificate and manager cheque and to co-ordinate with CS team for affection plan doc. • To assist the team in uploading the required approved documents in the system as per the department rule • Any additional tasks assigned by department head • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies , rules and procedures related to Health , Safety and Environmental Management. Requirements
Requisite Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor. Experience Requirement: • 3 to 5 years of experience Skill Sets: • Good Communication Skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Computer Skills. • Good Arabic & English Languages.
