Sales and Commercial Excellence Specialist

We are looking for the Sales and Commercial Excellence Specialist to support the Gulf Cluster’s sales and commercial excellence leader on operationalizing key commercial excellence initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving sales efficiency, pipeline health, and customer data quality. The specialist will work closely with sales leaders and digital tools to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Efficiency & Coverage Execution:- Support on platforming campaign for our existing customers as well as new segments utilizing data from various sources (bFO, IB Genius etc)
- Execution of coverage strategy in cluster
- Monitor sales excellence meters such as CFT, sleeping opportunities, blue zone interactions, and platforming scores.
- Support monthly reporting and dashboard updates.
BFO & Pipeline Discipline
- Act as BFO administrator
- Maintain opportunity hygiene in bFO, ensuring correct flagging and stage progression
- Analyze trends, sales pipeline & results, segmentation, and customer typology
- Continuous improvement and enhancing of best practices Build strategic data sets for market analysis (segment and technology) and future planning.
Customer Data Quality Management
- D&B coverage and account completeness
- Tool & Process Enablement
- Support deployment and usage of Copilot for Sales and other digital tools.
- Drive training and awareness on data ownership and policy adherence.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership reviews
- Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and market outlook.
Skils & Competiencies:
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in bFO, tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboarding tools.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM hygiene.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or business analytics.
