Sales and Marketing Executive

About the Role:

The role involves developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media content, conducting cold calling, assisting with student admissions, providing career counseling, and contributing to marketing strategy development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and curate content for social media channels to engage with prospective students and clients
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media platforms and digital campaigns, making recommendations for improvements
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into potential clients
• Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and current clients
• Assist students in the course registration process
• Act as the first point of contact for queries related to course offerings
• Provide career counseling services to help students align their education with their long-term professional goals
• Prepare regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and information sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Human Resources/Business Administration/Communications, or related field

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the education or professional training industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, PPC, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in cold calling and lead generation
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
