Sales Designer

The Sales Designer plays a vital role in bridging customer needs with design solutions at Faham Group. This position combines creative interior design expertise with customer relationship management to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.

• Identify and articulate client design objectives to ensure perfect alignment with their vision
• Create detailed design sketches that clearly communicate project concepts and requirements
• Deliver expert consultation to customers, guiding them through design plans and addressing all questions
• Develop custom design solutions tailored to customer specifications and preferences
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and engagement
• Contribute to product development initiatives to align designs with company offerings and market trends
• Comply with Finance department protocols regarding payments and deposits

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales experience in UAE
• Up-to-date understanding of current design trends and materials
• Ability to develop and present compelling design proposals
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities
• Proficiency with relevant design software and tools
• Thorough understanding of site conditions and interior fit-out processes

• Technical: Comprehensive knowledge of site conditions and interior fit-out processes
• Soft Skills: Professional presentation, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, passion for design, and meticulous attention to detail
• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (MANDATE)
