Job Description
What You’ll Do
Engage & Influence – Reach out, cold calls and email new prospects and existing customers to build relationships, proactively present Oracle solutions and generate new sales opportunities
Achieve Your Targets – Be target-driven! You’ll have clear objectives and key results (OKRs) to meet, ensuring that you’re always on track to hit your goals and contribute to Oracle’s growth
Always foresighted – Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects that can develop into quality leads
Master Communication – Develop top-tier selling and communication skills, using a variety of tools including social media, web-based platforms, and outbound calling to drive engagement.
Collaborate & Succeed – Work in our in-country offices with our Marketing and Sales teams to achieve joint targets and develop account strategies that drive results.
Measure: Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results. Perform database and record keeping tasks
What You’ll Bring
Target-Driven – You have the passion and determination to meet and exceed your goals, contributing directly to Oracle’s success.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or relevant experience
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas is welcomed but not mandatory
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbal and written, strong time management skills
Passion for Sales– You’re joining as an SDR with the goal of progressing to a Technology Sales role.
Industry Knowledge – You have an understanding of key competitive technologies and/or specific industries.
Fluency in English and local market language – Clear communication is key!
