Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies and action plans to improve sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships and understand customer trends
• Forecast and set sales goals, execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets, and expand the client base
• Understand market trends, recommend adjustments, and communicate sales plans to key stakeholders and sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with several years of successful sales experience
• Preferably a master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, with a proven track record of leading a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, strong leadership qualities, and effective multitasking skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
