Job Brief:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our HVAC Solutions team. The role involves working closely with customers to provide pre-sales technical support, managing sales inquiries, addressing technical queries, and contributing to the growth of sales in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, technical expertise, and relationship-building.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical support and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers.
  • Prepare and respond to tender documents and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Assist the sales team with technical solutions to close deals and achieve revenue objectives.
  • Actively research and maintain a thorough understanding of products and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing relevant information.
  • Proactively engage customers for pre-sales technical matters, suggesting innovative solutions based on their needs.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and products in the market.


Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC solutions industry.
  • Candidate should have previously worked in Abu Dhabi
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and providing technical solutions.
