We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate, Strategy Associate to join our team at WIO Bank. In this role, you'll have the chance to work closely with senior leadership and the Strategic Initiatives team, supporting the development of the company's long-term strategy, executing key projects, and providing data-driven insights that will influence decision-making at the highest levels.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic Analysis: Support the development of the company’s long-term strategy by conducting deep dives into industry trends, competition, and internal performance.
Project Execution: Assist in managing cross-functional projects that are critical to the company’s growth and success.
Market Research: Stay ahead of fintech trends by conducting thorough research and presenting actionable insights to leadership.
Performance Monitoring: Help define KPIs for strategic initiatives and track their progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex data into compelling recommendations for the leadership team to drive strategic decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategic initiatives.
Presentation Crafting: Develop crisp, impactful presentations for both internal and external stakeholders, presenting complex ideas clearly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience: 2-3 years in management consulting (top-tier firm) or a strategy-focused role in fintech or financial services.
Go-Getter: You’re driven, resourceful, and thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Problem Solver: You love digging into problems and delivering smart, data-backed solutions.
Organized Executor: You have strong project management skills and a focus on delivering results on time.
