Job Brief:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our client's Marine Services Division. The role focuses on promoting and selling specialized services covering repairs and maintenance of Boilers, Heat Exchangers, etc., and design, sale, and installation of Metallic Expansion Bellows. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, understanding their technical needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The position requires a deep understanding of marine engineering systems, particularly in the areas of thermal management, fluid control, and system expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of industrial/marine boiler repair, expansion bellows, and ship equipment sales & services.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.
• Quotation and Proposal Preparation.
• Daily follow-up with the customer.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales engineering, preferably in marine equipment /ship repair (boilers, incinerators, IGG, and Bellow).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, particularly within the marine sector or a related industry.
• A technical background paired with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Be familiar with the Middle East Market and be willing to travel.
• A valid driver's license is a must.
