Job Brief:

Our client, a leading company in the diesel generators and power systems industry, is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer/Sales Executive to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales skills to provide tailored solutions, build strong customer relationships, and drive business growth across Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer coverage plans with effective time management.
• Identify, acquire, and retain new customers in the assigned sales region.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve business goals.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct technical presentations and advise customers on product use.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while analyzing competitor offerings.
• Manage after-sales support, CRM data, and the workflow from inquiry to delivery.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and report performance insights to support continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate passion for sales and customer success.

Job Requirements:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong sales background in diesel engines, diesel engine-driven applications, diesel pumping sets, diesel gensets, or construction equipment/machinery sales at OEM dealer/distributor level.
• Prior sales experience in the diesel generator or power systems industry is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Abu Dhabi.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Valid driving license (mandatory).
