As a Sales Engineer in Specialty Lubricants, your objective is to drive sustained sales growth by promoting premium industrial lubricants and lubricant chemical additives that deliver high performance, cost savings, and effective problem-solving. Your key responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential customers across diverse industry
sectors, presenting and demonstrating our innovative lubrication technologies and chemical additives, conducting technical analyses to identify customer needs, and providing tailored lubrication solutions. Growth will be achieved by broadening the range of products offered for various lubrication applications, while leveraging the company’s proven and successful sales methodology.

Responsibilities
• Execute sales strategies to achieve departmental sales objectives.
• Maximize market exploration in the GCC for the full portfolio of lubricants and lubricant chemical
additives.
• Apply value-based selling techniques to offer tailored solutions that enhance equipment
performance and reliability.
• Present complete lubricant and additive solution packages to key stakeholders, decision-makers,
and engineers.
• Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships within the area of responsibility.
• Accountable for strengthening the company’s position within the customer base or market area.
• Generate leads and sales opportunities for the company’s range of products.
• Identify and prospect new customers while cultivating and maintaining existing customer
relationships.
• Lead and manage sales projects from initiation to closure, ensuring effective coordination of
technical, commercial, and customer-facing activities to drive successful outcomes.
• Document customer contact information and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Utilize all available tools to ensure optimal customer retention and strong relationships.
• Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Investigate lost sales and analyze customer accounts.
• Track, collate, and interpret sales figures to identify trends and insights.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
• Prepare and generate timely sales reports.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors and customers.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of technical sales experience in the lubricants or lubricant additive industry.
• Experience in the GCC market with a proven track record in industrial or specialty chemical sales.
• Solid understanding of industrial lubrication systems, base oil chemistry, and performance additives.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in value-based selling.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A valid UAE driver’s license.
• Passion for sales with a proven track record and a strong customer focus.
