We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to promote our thermal spray coating solutions, including HVOF and Arc Spray, to clients in industries such as oil & gas, marine, aerospace, and energy. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and experienced in solution-based technical sales.

- Identify and target new business opportunities across core industries.
- Analyze client applications and recommend suitable coating technologies.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and detailed presentations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure feasibility.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical consultation to clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery timelines within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor intelligence.
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in technical sales; surface coatings industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of thermal spray technologies (HVOF, Arc Spray).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specs.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and remote industrial areas.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
