Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UAE’s booming construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Present tailored product demos and proposals to professionals ranging from estimators to C-level executives.
  • Build Influence: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with technical pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve Results: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay Organized: Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.


Essential Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction, software, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with construction estimating workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for winning new business.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE as needed.
