Foreground is partnering with a leading outdoor media company based in the UAE to find an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager.

A dynamic Sales Manager with expertise in outdoor media and a proven ability to build strong relationships with advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will lead the sales efforts, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize revenue while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets in the outdoor media segment.
- Build and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, media planners, and brand marketers to secure business opportunities.
- Proactively seek new clients while strengthening and growing existing client portfolios.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies, ensuring client needs are met professionally and efficiently.
- Propose innovative outdoor media solutions tailored to clients campaign goals.
- Maintain long-term partnerships and encourage repeat business through excellent post-sales service.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business growth areas.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and revenue updates to senior management.
- Oversee the negotiation, proposal, and contract stages for outdoor media campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in outdoor media, with at least 3 years working closely with advertising agencies.
- A strong understanding of outdoor advertising formats, media planning, and campaign execution.
- An established network of contacts within advertising agencies and media buying firms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
