Job Description:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise and strong communication skills. 

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working within the GCC region.
  • Proven track record of success in a Sales role. 
  • Previous experience within the technology, security & audio-visual space.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and cold calling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Travel to client sites and industry events is needed to foster relationships and represent the company.
