Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and Managing current clientele. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Advertising sales, Subscription model, strong acumen to create pipeline and converting into revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and monitoring sales performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Experience in the rental industry is a plus
• Bilingual expertise in English/Arabic/Russian is a must.
