About The Role
Do you have a passion for sales? Do you love over exceeding targets and pursuing new and exciting business opportunities? Then our sales division is awaiting your application today! As a Sales Manager - Leisure, for GCC & MENA, you will manage existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal and be in charge of the GCC local DMC, wholesalers, travel agent, and retail shops within the GCC/MENA, whilst also being involved with initiating on-going sales activities with DMCs and travel agents. You will ensure Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal’s visibility within GCC retail shops and travel agents and be responsible for ad-hoc business from non-assigned regions. You will also manage a portfolio of existing accounts and develop new business for Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal from GCC/MENA and develop the business for Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal from royalty segments and VIPs based in the GCC/MENA market, including the UAE. You will position Atlantis the Palm & Atlantis the Royal within the leisure segments as one destination within the GCC and MENA region and communicate the key differentiators of Atlantis the Palm versus Atlantis the Royal to the clients and ensure their understanding of each product’s value.
About You
The successful Sales Manager, GCC & MENA will have 2-3 years’ previous experience working within a 5-star resort/hotel at Manager level, looking after the GCC & MENA leisure markets. You will also speak fluent Arabic, have experience in effectively leading a team, have commitment to delivering a high level of client service, leadership, and senior account management. Experience working within a resort, and within Dubai is also hugely advantageous. You will also possess a flair for sales, having a passion to increase all sales opportunities whilst applying your strong negotiation skills, complemented by your ability to develop and build rapport with prospective clients.
