We're Hiring: Sales Manager - Real Estate!

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to foster strong relationships with our clients and ensure their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of managing client accounts effectively.

Experience - Minimum 2 Years In Real Estate (Mandatory)

Salary - 10000 AED to 12000 AED

What You'll Do

  • Established and maintained a strong broker network to facilitate property transactions and stimulate business expansion.
  • Utilized a proven history of success in the real estate sales sector to steer profitable property transactions and meet sales objectives.
  • Navigated intricate real estate scenarios and propel business prosperity with a solution-oriented and growth-focused mindset.
  • Updated clients on new products for improved investment
  • possibilities. Exhibited a relentless pursuit of results and a clearly defined career trajectory to consistently attain professional milestones and bolster organizational achievements.
  • Identified and developed new business opportunities, expanding existing client bases whilst managing long-term customer relationships to increase revenue.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Mentor and train sales staff to enhance their performance and achieve targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management review.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the local real estate market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
