About The Role

We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant with a minimum experience of 5 to 6 years in SAP with end-end implementation.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, Forms and Headless CMS implementations.
  • Understanding of Functional requirements of various HR process and its integration with SAP FI, Taxation etc.
  • Hands-on expertise to map end user requirements with standard functionalities available in SAP.
  • Proficient to Carryout configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements.
  • Minimum experience of two end-to-end payroll implementation/support projects in UAE, KSA and India localization.
  • Good working knowledge on Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management (Positive).
  • Handling various categories and levels of customers.
  • Demonstrates smooth team working abilities, and should be a meticulous, self-motivated, self-starter.
