Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Scaffolders to assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures at construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaffolding erection, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to site requirements.
- Ensure scaffolding is installed securely to meet safety and stability standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and fix any structural weaknesses.
- Load, transport, and unload scaffolding materials safely.
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other tradesmen.
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to UAE construction regulations.
- Report any potential hazards or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Assist in other site-related tasks as needed.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Scaffolder (experience in the UAE preferred).
- Scaffolding certification (CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
