We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic team for a challenging brownfield engineering and fabrication offshore project in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in project scheduling within the oil and gas sector, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for all phases of the brownfield offshore fabrication project.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment and milestone adherence.
- Prepare detailed resource-loaded schedules using industry-standard software
- Analyse critical paths, forecast potential delays, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, updates, and report schedule performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Interface with clients and subcontractors to gather inputs and manage schedule interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project timelines, and budget constraints.
- Create and present high-quality scheduling reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
- Monitor and track changes to the project scope, identifying potential schedule impacts.
- Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive timely project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of offshore fabrication and installation processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
