Job Description
Bachelor Degree
- Oversee and manage the customs clearance team.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline customs processes.
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and laws.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for the import and export of goods.
- Ensure all shipments meet customs regulations and that all paperwork is in order.
- Calculate and process duties and taxes to be paid.
- Communicate with clients regarding delays, potential issues, and provide advice on customs-related matters.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their supply chains and needs.
- Coordinate with shipping and freight agents to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve customs-related issues or disputes.
- Monitor and trace the location of goods.
- Stay updated on current customs regulations and potential changes.
