Responsibilities


  • Lead architectural design concepts and development for large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members.
  • Review and approve architectural plans and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design standards and codes.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and addressing potential risks.
  • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and specialists as needed for project requirements.
  • Present design proposals and solutions to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
