Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet corporate sales goals.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking activities.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted sales presentations.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business development opportunities.
- Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts with potential clients to maximize profit margins.
- Participate in industry seminars, conferences, and workshops to stay relevant.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Mentor and guide potential junior staff within the business development team.
- Create innovative ideas to expand and diversify business outreach initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a business development role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are mandatory for this role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends is essential.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative team settings.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when necessary.
