Senior Concept Architect - Hospitality

Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As a Senior reporting into the Head of Concept - Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to Collaborate with our passionate team to bring visionary concepts to life for a new generation of 4-star and 5-star luxury hotels.Responsibilities includesLead the development of creative and innovative design concepts, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, project goals, and regulatory requirements.Develop multiple design solutions, exploring spatial arrangements, materiality, form, and functionality to arrive at the most appropriate concept for the project.Work closely with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and other consultants during the concept development phase to ensure that the design concepts meet functional, aesthetic, and technical requirements.Prepare and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities, providing clear explanations of the design rationale, benefits, and feasibility.Refine conceptual designs based on client feedback, technical assessments, and site conditions, ensuring that the design remains feasible and aligned with project objectives.Incorporate sustainable design principles into the conceptual design, exploring energy efficiency, material choices, and environmental considerations to ensure an eco-friendly approach.Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members, providing direction on conceptual design strategies and helping them develop their design skills.Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, MEP, and landscape architects, to ensure that the concept design is feasible and can be developed into a fully integrated project.Ensure all conceptual design documents are clear, well-organized, and effectively communicate the design intent to the broader project team.

Here's what you'll needBachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field, Master is preferred.Should have at least 10 year of related experience.Should have experience working on minimum 5 city hotel.Hands on experience in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Suite, Office SuiteAbility to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to design challenges.Flexibility to adapt concepts and approaches based on feedback, constraints, and evolving project requirements. Collaborative attitude.Strong attention to detail in both conceptual design and design presentation, ensuring clarity and precision in visualizations and explanations.Committed to understanding client needs and translating them into impactful design concepts that align with their vision.Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and address challenges during the design development process.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, balancing creative input with technical feasibility.
