Senior Consultant - Cyber Security- AI and ML Specialist

As part of our Cyber Technology Consulting team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and empowering clients as part of AI powered cyber security solutions for clients across UAE and MENA region. You will work closely with esteemed clients to deliver AI powered cyber security assessments tailored to client needs. Your role will involve configuring AI use cases, integrating with external systems, and providing technical expertise to ensure the platform and features aligns with business objectives. The client base spans various sectors and includes collaboration with other teams within Advisory services.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant with hands-on expertise in AI/ML with data analytics and engineering background to join our Cyber Technology Consulting team. Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and configure AI powered cyber security use cases solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for cybersecurity use cases
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/ML-driven cybersecurity solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models with cybersecurity platforms and operational workflows.
• Optimize model performance and conduct regular evaluation using appropriate metrics.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Provide technical consultation on AI/ML best practices and implementation strategies.
• Conduct model validation, explainability among other AI principles to ensure ethical AI usage.
• Document model architecture, processes, and operational procedures.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Collaborating with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments and other documents/templates.
• Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Hands on experience of implementing Generative AI solutions
• Proficient in technologies e.g. LLM, RAG, Python, Container, Kubernetes etc.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering and fine tuning
• Working knowledge of creating embeddings
• Support experience in Generative AI solutions
• Strong understanding of design, development, testing and support for Generative AI solutions
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages (e.g., R, Java).
• Understanding of data engineering processes, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation.
• Ability to interpret complex technical results and present insights to business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology, data analytics etc.
• Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and cybersecurity implementation.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions for cybersecurity applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset.
• A valid passport for travel.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Relevant AI/ML certifications
• Experience integrating AI solutions with cybersecurity platforms (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence Platforms).
• Knowledge of adversarial machine learning and AI security risks.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and explainability techniques.
