Senior Duty Manager – Terminal Service Delivery

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What You'll Deliver

• You’ll be leading terminal teams to deliver a seamless operational performance and world-leading customer service, by proactively managing the performance of all service delivery members and partners.
• You’ll take accountability for the safety and security of all passengers and staff by proactively ensuring that all DA staff and service partners are carrying out all specified duties in an appropriate, safe and timely manner within the terminal building.
• You’ll take accountability for ensuring that procedures and communication protocols are followed in case of an incident in the Terminal.
• You’ll be responsible for the identification and resolution of issues related to staff, agencies, airlines or passengers on a shift basis which may on occasion be outside of normal operating parameters.
  
  

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a degree level or have an equivalent professional qualification.
• You should have a minimum of 4 – 6 years of experience in large operational environments involving large customer volumes.
• You should have aviation operations knowledge including terminals, passenger services, baggage, ramp and airside operations.
