As a Social Media Senior Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing innovative social media strategies for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for developing content plans, managing platforms, analyzing performance data, and ensuring the delivery of impactful, on-brand social content across all major social media channels. Leveraging the latest tools and best practices, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive engagement, enhance brand presence, and meet campaign goals. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the agency’s strategic and creative excellence in the digital space.

A Typical Day Will Include
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with client goals and brand identities.
- Create and oversee engaging, original, and platform-appropriate content across various channels.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless campaign execution.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, and native platform insights.
- Manage and grow client social communities through active engagement and timely responses, maintaining brand voice and customer satisfaction.
- Identify social media trends, emerging platforms, and innovative formats to keep the agency and clients ahead of the curve.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns in collaboration with media teams, providing input on targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Support new business development with insights, strategy development, and participation in pitch processes.
- Ensure all content and activity is compliant with platform regulations and industry best practices.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your line manager.
- Reviewing scheduled and live content across client platforms to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with creative and strategy teams on upcoming campaigns and content planning.
- Attending client meetings to present strategy, share performance updates, or brainstorm new initiatives.
- Leading community management efforts and overseeing escalation processes.
- Researching industry and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and benchmarks.
- Coaching junior executives or interns on campaign management and social media best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for different business objectives.
- Experience with social media publishing and listening tools.
- Understanding of paid social strategy and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
