Job Objective
The purpose of this role will be to assist in the end-to-end techno-functional support for system implementations, configurations and upgrade/ maintenance for critical services within the organization & ensuring seamless provision of such services to end users.

Key Accountabilities
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
- Provide functional support on SAP S4/HANA EAM
- Design and configuration of end-to-end business processes, Integration with Finance, Logistics, project systems modules
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops meetings with business stakeholders. Help end users to adopt/evaluate the fitment of SAP Best Practices
- Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided, Functional specification documents, Master Data handling/Cutover strategy etc.,
- Be part of implementation projects with focus on Equipment and Technical Objects, Preventive Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of Material Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), FICO and integration with SuccessFactors
- Conduct gap analysis and propose changes to current process whilst alignment to standard SAP procedures and best practices
- Overseeing and approving the end-to-end process design, configuration, testing, and ultimate conversions of the SAP functions included within EAM and all points of integration across the solution landscape
- Ensures all Business Processes, Functional specification, Technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date
- Conduct configuration changes to accommodate change requests and prototype activities
- Demonstrate proof of concept and assist in training activities
- Perform initial testing of problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality
- Work with SAP and relevant third parties to resolve software issues
- Ensure timely closure of tickets on helpdesk in adherence to defined SLA’s
- Participate in release upgrade or new functionality/enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
- When required work with the technical Support team to perform break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for incidents reported
Bachelor's degree
Minimum Experience
- 7 plus years of SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Plant Maintenance (PM) experience with several full cycle implementations
- Experience in handling relevant Master Data objects & migration of data from legacy or acquired systems
- SAP EAM/PM functional understanding + Technical configuration capability
- Strong business process knowledge in Plant Maintenance
- Solid understanding of Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and Mobility (Asset Manager) is a must.
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS and SAP EAM integration
