About The Role

As a Senior Government Relations Associate, you will manage all government-related documentation and legal processes in compliance with UAE regulations. The Senior Government Relations Associate will ensure the efficient handling of visas, and other vital regulatory requirements for smooth operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of UAE labor, immigration laws, along with proven experience in liaising with government departments such as Law Enforcement Authorities, RTA, GDRFA, MOHRE etc

What you'll do

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE government procedures, labor law, immigration policies, and other regulatory regulations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all government entities, including DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, Law Enforcement Authorities and Dubai Courts.
  • Prepare and monitor the submission of applications for company licenses, regulatory permits, and other necessary business or employee related registrations.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely upkeep of all documentation and records.
  • Inform management about new or revised laws affecting business operations or employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams concerning legal documentation for employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Accompany employees to mandatory appointments, such as medical examinations, Emirates ID centres, and other government offices as needed.

What you'll need

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably handling blue collared workforce.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and regulatory procedures.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
