Senior HR Officer

Currently partnered with a highly reputable Luxury Group who are looking to hire a Senior HR Office that comes with a strong people/HR analytics background.

Responsibilities:

• Support with the implementation of HR operations policies and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HRIS administration
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and data analytics techniques to analyze HR data
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive
• Implement and administer compensation and benefits programs
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR operations
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee relations issues
• Work with the HR Business Partners on the implementation of Performance Management process
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare employee turnover reports
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws and regulations
