About The Role
Join a leading telecommunications organization where you will spearhead the operations of next-generation digital factory solutions. This is your chance to engage with innovative technologies and drive performance optimization of critical IT applications and digital services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of the delivery of BSS components for various IT releases, collaborating closely with vendors.
- Oversee and ensure timelines and quality parameters for solution design and functional specifications of work streams.
- Manage and resolve dependencies between and within release teams.
- Prioritize feature sets and major stories in collaboration with Tech Product Owners for product and sprint backlogs.
- Optimize daily operations and maintenance of IT services following ITIL principles and industry best practices.
- Must be able to work on-site at the designated location.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
- At least 6 years of experience in Telecommunications Operations is essential.
- Strong experience in deploying solutions leveraging DevOps, microservices, and other modern concepts.
- Proficient in scripting with languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- ITIL Certification is an advantage.
