Senior Labour Administrator

Accountable for overseeing all labour relations activities, ensuring compliance with collective agreements, and managing conflict resolution between Innovo and its employees.

• Deal with all requirements of workers from their induction till repatriation.
• Ensure all workers’ attendance and leaves are updated properly in ERP module.
• Review and monitor all medical documents related to sick leaves entered in system by time keepers, an average of 400 entries every month.
• Coordinate with PR department on worker repatriation/ visa, medicals and all other legal requirements.
• Maintain all records on recruitment, repatriation, and leaves related with laborers and submit to Higher management based on requirement.
• Coordinate with camp bosses to track on the where about of workers.
• Supervise all time keepers/labor administrators.
• Prepare collective reports of labor appraisals and submit to MD for approvals.
• Monitor approvals of leaves/ resignation/ termination/ induction documents.

• General Education Diploma
• 6+ years relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate in multi languages as required for the laborers
