Overview
This position is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders—including clients, creative agencies, and capability experts—to develop and oversee the implementation of media recommendations and strategies. The role also entails setting up data and tech infrastructure, introducing processes and quality control measures, and identifying and coordinating relevant media, data, and content partnerships.
With an increasing focus on performance marketing, this role will manage complex workflows and require a high level of coordination with key agency and client stakeholders across multiple markets. Proven experience in account management, team leadership, and deep expertise in digital and performance marketing are essential.

Responsibilities
Technical & Product
- Oversees the creation and execution of full-funnel media strategies rooted in business and consumer insights to achieve client objectives.
- Partners with key stakeholders to develop data, tech, and reporting infrastructures and ensure that media recommendations are aligned with client goals.
- Leads the development and execution of processes to improve operational efficiency and optimize workflows across teams
- Responsible for setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting to monitor the success of campaigns.
- Manages a cross-functional team, fostering a healthy and collaborative work environment while ensuring team alignment with business goals.
- Ensures seamless coordination with agency and client stakeholders across multiple markets to manage complex workflows and achieve performance objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on setting data & tech, and reporting infrastructure.
- Interfaces with other department leads to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for the assigned client.
- Keeps senior management apprised of key client opportunities, potential risks and other key nuances which affect the health of the business.
- Holds team members accountable for strategic insights, thought leadership and operational excellence on the assigned account.
- Cultivates a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, encouraging creativity and improvement.
- Facilitates the creation and documentation of best practices to improve operational efficiency within the team and the larger group.
- Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members. Conducts performance reviews and develops career path plans for direct reports.

- Minimum 7 years of account management experience.
- Experience in media strategy for banking or automotive industries is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in managing and leading teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
