Job Description
Act as the operational lead for bank relationship management, trade execution, internal and external funding, and working capital initiatives. Provide expertise and leadership in managing financial market risks and ensure Treasury policies are effectively implemented across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:
- Execute Group cash and liquidity management, including cash pooling, IHB, and restricted cash handling.
- Oversee daily liquidity operations and ensure optimal use of cash across the Group.
- Manage bank relationships and ensure efficient operational banking structures.
- Execute and oversee internal and external funding transactions and related documentation.
- Drive investment of excess cash in accordance with approved guidelines.
- Manage financial risk hedging transactions (FX, IR) in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate trade execution and ensure compliance with policy and market standards.
- Oversee working capital management initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Provide business partner support to Clusters and departments across AD Ports Group.
- Ensure execution activities adhere to Treasury policy and internal controls.
- Lead and coach the cash and liquidity team, ensuring strong technical and operational capabilities.
- Define objectives and evaluate performance of direct reports.
- Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented culture in the Front Office.
- Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of Treasury operations and liquidity strategy.
- Support transformation initiatives such as centralization of cash management or automation.
- Act as subject matter expert in liquidity structures, markets, and cash forecasting.
- Provide insight to VP Group Treasury on market trends and potential impact on funding strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications such as ACT, CFA, or CPA are an advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Treasury with a focus on cash and liquidity management.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
