We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring brand alignment, and executing innovative campaigns to strengthen our market presence. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, OEM partners, and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and executing effective marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and OEM guidelines.
- Principal Alignment: Ensure complete compliance with the brand’s principles and achieve agreed KPIs in coordination with OEMs.
- Branding & Communication: Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing platforms, including advertising, PR, content, and corporate communications.
- Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media channels while monitoring their performance and effectiveness.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing strategies to enhance online presence and customer engagement.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with sales and management teams to position products effectively and develop marketing materials that drive conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow brand visibility across all key social platforms while creating engaging and shareable content.
- Event Management: Plan and execute product launches, PR activities, CSR initiatives, and other marketing events to boost brand awareness.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and digital performance using analytics tools to make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading brands and organizations to increase visibility and reach.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign management.
- Certifications: Digital Marketing certifications preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic preferred.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Key Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management.
